Connect Google and pick a sheet
Choose the one spreadsheet the agent may use. It doesn’t look at the rest of your Drive.
Describe your columns
Amount, date, category, client: whatever you track. Dropdown lists from your sheet are picked up automatically.
Message the bot
Write, talk or send a photo in Telegram. Check the card, reply “yes”, and the row is saved.

The agent reads what you send and fills in your columns. You always see the row before it’s written.

Your data stays yours
We ask Google for the smallest access that works, and you decide every write. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You pick a sheet, name your columns and share a bot link. That’s the whole setup.
Can it see my other Google files?
No. You choose one spreadsheet and the agent works with that file only. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing is written until you confirm. Reply with a correction, like “category is travel”, and the card updates. Reply “cancel” to drop it.
Can I use several tabs or sheets?
Yes. One agent can work with up to 10 tabs of a spreadsheet and chooses the right tab for each record. You can create separate agents for separate spreadsheets.
Do I need Telegram?
Today the agent works in Telegram, and account owners can also test it in a web chat on the platform. More messengers are on the way.

Where is my data stored?
Your records live in your own Google Sheet. We keep your account settings and encrypted access tokens on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for everything we store and why.
